Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for FranchiseWare Company Services (2024)

At FranchiseWare, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your services. Below is our cancellation policy effective as of 2024:

  1. General Service Cancellation

   – Notice Period: A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required for the cancellation of any service unless specified otherwise in your contract.

   – Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@franchiseware.com or through your online account management portal.

   – Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request within 5 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our support team.

  1. Subscription-Based Services

   – Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel a monthly subscription, your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days within the cycle.

   – Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing year. No refunds are provided for early termination unless otherwise agreed in your contract.

  1. Project-Based Services

   – In-Progress Projects: Cancellation of project-based services will incur a fee proportional to the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any non-refundable deposits or milestone payments outlined in your agreement will remain due.

   – Completed Work: If a project is substantially completed or delivered at the time of cancellation, full payment for the project will be required as outlined in your contract.

  1. Early Termination Fees

   – For contracts with a minimum commitment period one month, early termination will result in a fee equivalent to the remaining payments due or as specified in your service agreement.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

   – Some services, such as licensing fees, software setup, and certain consulting fees, are non-refundable. These will be clearly identified in your contract or during the service onboarding process.

  1. Service Suspension

   – FranchiseWare reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract. During suspension, the service remains billable unless canceled under the terms above.

  1. Refund Policy

   – Refunds will only be issued under specific conditions, as outlined in individual service agreements. Refund requests outside the agreed-upon terms will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered.

  1. Disputes

   – In the event of any disputes regarding cancellations, FranchiseWare will work with the client to find a fair resolution. However, FranchiseWare reserves the right to enforce the terms of the service agreement.

  1. Changes to Cancellation Policy

   – FranchiseWare reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
